Request an appointment

If you wish to receive face-to-face (in-person) support at the International Relations Office (“Triunfo” Administrative Complex), you must first request an appointment by filling out the form provided below. Please remember that academic issues such as your learning agreement are handled by the International Relations Office of each faculty/school and that Erasmus+ traineeships are handled by the Employment and Work Placement Office (CPEP) (erasmuspracticas@ugr.es).

You must indicate the issue that you need help with in the Appointment information text box of the form below, along with the approximate day and time at which you would like to have your appointment.

Remember that to submit documentation or applications you can use the UGR Electronic Register, which you can access by clicking the “Usuario y clave UGR” (UGR username and password) option and entering the same username and password that you were assigned for your “Acceso identificado” student or staff account.

Please check that you have entered your email address correctly so that we can reply to you.
