Title: Gdansk Summer School of Advanced Science on Algorithms for Discrete Optimization.
Dates: from 5th until 12th of September 2017.

The school aims at providing an opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students as well as young researchers to attend advanced courses and talks on current topics in the field of algorithms and data structures for discrete optimization problems. During 8 days, several advanced mini-courses and invited lectures will be delivered by renowned researchers. Each course will be followed by appropriate exercises.
The participants will have a possibility to participate in additional activities, such as excursions to the Old Town of Gdańsk and to the Medieval Castle of Teutonic Knights in Malbork.

Eötvös Loránd University organizes the first ELTE Budapest Summer University between 14-25 August, 2017 - which is a two-week program offered to Hungarian and international students, in various study fields. Language of the summer university is English.

“Rethinking the European Union sixty years after the Treaty of Rome” is the leading theme for the fifth edition of the Renzo Imbeni Summer School, being held from 8th to 12th September 2017 in Modena.
The 30 participants will have the chance to meet high-profile figures from the worlds of politics and institutions, from the academic field, from important European think tanks and from varied expressions of civil society.
At the end of the course, two grants of € 5,000 each will be awarded for a traineeship in the European Parliament in Brussels during the first semester of 2018.
