We are very happy to announce that our University Executive Board has decided to award up to five grants for students from your universities, members of Coimbra Group or Utrecht Network. The grant includes accommodation in shared rooms, full board, course materials, cultural programme and assistance throughout the programme. The students should only take care of the international transportation to and from Iaşi and their personal expenses. They are also supposed to pay approx. 150 euros for the 3-day cultural trip organized in Northern Moldova region (Bukovina monasteries), in case they are interested to participate.

Candidates are supposed to: Fill in the application form with passport size photograph, then print it out, sign it and submit it to the international office at the home university.

They have to include the following documents in their application:

• curriculum vitae (CV)
• motivation letter (in English)

a letter of recommendation (written and signed by university teaching staff)

• copies of certificates/diplomas or at least an academic transcript (in English)
• copy of relevant pages from passport (page with data and picture)

Students have to turn in their application form to the International Relations Office of their university by Friday, 16 May 2014.

Colleagues from the partner university international offices are kindly asked to e-mail / fax us the application form and then mail the complete files to the address in the header. Deadline in Iasi – Friday, 23 May 2014.

Selection: We will inform you about the selection results directly via e-mail - so please make sure the students mention their correct e-mail address in the application form!
