We are delighted to invite your students to participate in the Seoul International Winter School (SIWS), which will take place in February 2025.
This two-week program offers international students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Korean culture and explore various aspects of Korean society.
Program Highlights:
■ Dates: February 5–20, 2025
■ Special Lectures on Korea: Eight lectures covering topics such as K-Pop, K-Drama & Movies, K-Cafes, Food & Drink Culture, UNESCO World Heritage sites in Korea, K-Business, and the Korean economy.
■ Korean Language Classes: Intensive Korean language courses.
■ Cultural Activities: Field trips, welcome and farewell parties, "Design Your Own Seoul" activities, and interaction with Korean peer advocates.
Nomination and Application Process:
1. Nomination: Coordinators at partner universities should nominate their students between October 1 and November 30, 2024, via the online nomination portal: https://wise.uos.ac.kr/nomination.
- To access the nomination guidelines, click the "Nomination Guideline" button located at the top right of the log-in box.
- Select the "2024 SIWS" program.
2. Student Application: Nominated students must complete their online applications between October 1 and December 10, 2024.
