Deadline to send the result to the Coimbra Group Office: 16th August (one student max. per university but please keep a reserve list).

The CG Office will send the candidates’ applications (name, Institution, degree and summary of work to be presented) to the Grupo Montevideo before the 26 August.

Expenses in Curitiba are relatively low, around 100€ for the three days of the Forum. However, the travel expenses can get high. We are convinced that if each institution offers a small contribution to help covering the costs of the plane ticket it would facilitate the participation of our European students.

In principle the official languages during the event will be Spanish and Portuguese, although communication will also be possible in English. Because the presentations will be made through poster, comprehension will become more simple and graphic.
