Dear student,
Your on-line application has been registerd at the UGR platform for incoming students.
Later, you or your university informed us about the decision to postpone your mobility period until the second term of the academic year.
Your on-line application will be automatically changed to become a valid application for our second term, which means that you don’t need to fill in a new one.
Only the academic information (academic proposal) must be filled in again since the UGR academic offer varies from one term to the other.
FROM OCTOBER 1ST ON, access the on-line application from the
link Choose FASE 2 (it ill show up by default)
Enter your ID/passport and the PASSWORD YOU PREVIOUSLY CREATED TO ACCESS THE APPLICATION THE FIRST TIME (if you don’t remember it, you can always click on “forgot your password” and a new one will be forwarded to the e-mail address you previously provided in your on-line application). Click on “ENTRAR/LOG-IN” (and not on “NEW USER”)
Once you access, your personal information, as well as your home university information and the
UGR Faculty/School you have choosen to carry out your mobility here at the
UGR will be shown as previously filled in)
Move straight to “BORRADOR DEL PLAN DE ESTUDIOS (Study Plan Proposal)”
Complete the desired and available courses for the new period
Once your updated on-line application is completed, save it as .pdf by clicking on “PRINT” at the very end of the process
Your application will then be considered for acceptance for the new period.
If you don not wish to postpone but to cancel your mobility, please send an e-mail to intlinfo@ugr.es with the subject “Application withdrawal” and your on-line application number.

Estimado estudiante:
Tu solicitud on-line ha sido registrada correctamente en nuestra plataforma para estudiantes internacionales.
Posteriormente, tú y/o tu universidad de origen nos habéis comunicado la decisión de posponer la realización de tu movilidad para el segundo cuatrimestre del curso académico. Tu solicitud será cambiada automáticamente al segundo cuatrimestre para que no tengas que volver a realizar una nueva solicitud.
Solamente tendrás que volver a completar el apartado “Propuesta de Estudios”, pues la oferta académica es diferente entre un semestre y otro.
Desde el 1 de octubre, puedes acceder a la solicitud nuevamente en este
enlace Elige FASE 2 (aparecerá por defecto)
Introduce tu ID/pasaporte y la contraseña creada cuando accediste a la solicitud por primera vez (si no la recuerdas, siempre puedes pulsar en “Olvidó su contraseña” y una nueva será enviada a la dirección de e-mail que habías introducido en tu solicitud). Haz click en “ENTRAR/LOG-IN” (y no en “NUEVO USUARIO”)
Una vez hayas entrado, verás que tu información personal así como la información de tu universidad de origen y de la Facultad/Escuela elegida en la
UGR se mostrarán en los datos salvados
Ve directamente a la página “BORRADOR DEL PLAN DE ESTUDIOS”
Completa los cursos que desees que aparezcan en la oferta vigente
Una vez hayas actualizado esta información tu solicitud estará completa. Sálvala como .pdf haciendo click en “IMPRIMIR” al final del proceso
Tu solicitud on-line será considerada para la aceptación en el nuevo periodo.
Si no deseas posponer, sino cancelar tu movilidad, envía un mensaje a intlinfo@ugr.es con el asunto “Application withdrawal” y el número de tu solicitud on-line.
