German-French Postgraduate Master Program "Master of European Governance and Administration" MEGA

The MEGA Program is a German-French government program conducted by a consortium that comprises, among others, the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, the University of Potsdam, the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, the University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA) and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

MEGA is designed for qualified graduates who are working in the public or private sector in France, Germany and other EU countries and (prospective) EU candidate countries, and who want to improve their expertise in European affairs and public management.

MEGA is a two-year postgraduate part-time program and includes 4 two-week seminars alternatively in Paris, France and Berlin/Potsdam, Germany, a 9-week internship in France, in Germany or in a European institution, workshops and the submission of a master's thesis. The program's interdisciplinary curriculum includes public management, policy analysis and European governance. Applicants are required to have completed an academic degree, and should have 5 years of work experience and a very good command of French and German.

The application deadline is September 30th, 2012 - The program starts in January 2013
