Staff Mobility Week will be held at Sapienza University of Rome from 23rd to 27th June 2014.

This call is open only to Administrative Staff.

The aim of this initiative is to exchange know-how, good experiences and practices with Partner Institutions and it will be focused on 4 main topics:

  • University Libraries
  • Information Technology
  • Communication (Press, Public Relations, Celebrative and Cultural Events)

Please, note that each working group can be set only with a minimum of 10 participants.

In order to offer a better welcome and organization, this year we will accept up to 50 participants (one participant from each University per topic).

In the selection process, priority will be given to Partner and Network Universities.

However, we will be keeping a waiting list in case of withdrawals.

The working language will be English and we ask all participants to select a topic (see above) in order to make a brief presentation during the chosen workshop to share best practices carried out by your Institution.

The preliminary program and the online application form will be available by the end of February. More information will be coming soon.

The deadline for application will be on March, 31st 2014.
