The University of Granada (UGR), together with 24 other Spanish universities, is currently participating in the 10th Study in Spain Fair, which is currently being held from 19 to 22 January in Casablanca, Rabat and Tangier. The event has been organised by the Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education (SEPIE), in collaboration with the Department of Education of the Spanish Embassy in Morocco.

Taking place in three of the country's main cities, the fair brings together secondary school and university students in Morocco, many of whom have expressed a keen interest in the UGR's academic programmes. The UGR will be represented by a delegation of staff members from its International Relations Office (IRO) and its Access, Admissions and Continuance Standards Service (SAAP).

The event began today, Monday 19 January, at the Instituto Español Juan Ramón Jiménez (a Spanish international school in Casablanca). It continues on Tuesday 20 at the Mohammed VI Foundation in Rabat, drawing to a close on Thursday 22 at the Ahmed Boukmakh Conference Centre in Tangier. Approximately 5,000 visitors are expected to attend the fair.

The event aims to provide Moroccan students with a range of higher education opportunities, boost mobilities between Spain and Morocco, and make it easier for prospective university students to undertake programmes at Spanish institutions. These actions will contribute to the development of economic and social relations between the two countries.

Students attending the fair have expressed particular interest in the UGR's bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programmes, as well as its Spanish courses. Many have requested information on admission procedures, entrance exams (PEvAU), grants, accommodation options, and other key topics to help them plan their academic futures.

At its stand, staffed by members of the IRO and SAAP, the University has the opportunity to showcase its wide range of academic programmes to prospective students interested in our institution, as well as to promote the Spanish courses offered by our Modern Languages Centre (CLM).
