Free-mobility students (no agreement)

The online application for the free-mobility profile is aimed at students who come to the UGR outside the framework of an agreement and entails the payment of tuition fees for studies (as is the case with regular UGR students).

The University of Granada is a public university. The credit system at the UGR is ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) and the fee amounts vary according to the number of credits taken and other administrative fees, when applicable.

For the past 5 years, the price of 1 ECTS credit has remained at €12.62 and a year-long full-time enrolment typically comprises 60 ECTS (30 ECTS per semester).

IMPORTANT: According to the International Student Mobility Regulations of the UGR, free-mobility stays are temporary and will not be authorised for a duration longer than an academic year.

When will I know whether my application has been accepted?

The results regarding the status of your application will be communicated via email to your home coordinator and/or to the account you gave in your online application.

Remember that your application must be ACADEMICALLY VALIDATED. This means that the proposed curriculum must be confirmed by the relevant UGR faculty or school. Please, take into account that depending on the mobility programme and the faculty or school where you plan to study, the time to receive the results about the status of your application may vary, so we kindly ask you to be patient.
