The Salón de Rectores Conference Room, located at the “Hospital Real” building (the seat of the UGR Rectorate) served as the venue for the Awards for Excellence in International Mobility. The event was chaired by the Rector, Pedro Mercado, and also involved the participation of the UGR’s Vice-Rector for Internationalization, Inmaculada Marrero Rocha, and Director for International Mobility, Simón Suárez.
Other participants in the ceremony included Iris Díaz Carrasco, representing the students; Héctor Iván Saldívar Cerón, representing the technical, management, administrative and support staff (PTGAS); Luis Miguel García Lozano, representing the teaching and research staff (PDI); and Francisco Abarca Álvarez, acting as spokesperson for the award winners.
