Induction Days for incoming students

The Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization at the Universidad de Granada organises twice a year an Induction Days for International Students prior of the beginning of the semester.

The aim is to welcome our incoming International students and give them essential information on registering at the International Relations Office, the international student card, enrolment on courses, the services provided by the UGR and enjoy the leisure activities we have planned for during the induction days. Thanks to these induction days, we can ensure that your stay at the UGR as an international student will be an unforgettable and problem-free experience.

Induction Days for the students beginning in the first semester 2024/2025 will take place: from 11th to 13th September 2024. Induction days for second semester, to be determined.

• Please, check academic calendar. Classes for the first semester for undergraduate and master's programs begin on September 16, and for the second semester on February 17.

ARQUS STUDENT RECEPTION (Thursday, September 12, 2024)

For all students from Arqus Alliance universities (Graz, Leipzig, Lyon 1, Maynooth, Miño, Padua, Vilnius and Wroclaw): On Thursday 12 September 2024 the Arqus Student Reception will be held to welcome you by Arqus UGR, and to offer you information and opportunities on how the Arqus Alliance can help you to improve your mobility experience.

The reception will take place in the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting courtyard on Thursday 12 September at 17:00.

Spanish language certificate and Language Level Test at the Centro de Lenguas Modernas

Important: This is not applicable to Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility students, who must meet other language requirements.

To ensure the quality of international mobility, the UGR collects data on the Spanish language level of incoming students.

• If you submitted your Spanish certificate

• If you didn’t have it then, but have it now, simply upload it to the platform on the Modern Languages Centre (CLM) website.

• If you do not have a Spanish language certificate  

• Level test:

September 19, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
September 26, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
October 3, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
